1. Services
Segula Management Group provides luxury vacation home rentals, yacht charters, concierge services, luxury car rentals, property management, and branded merchandise. All services are subject to availability and these Terms.
2. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation or rental agreement.
3. Cancellation Policy
30+ days before check-in: Full refund minus deposit.
15-29 days: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days: No refund.
Cancellation policies may vary by property or service. Refer to your specific agreement for details.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for: treating properties and vehicles with care, adhering to occupancy limits, following house rules, reporting damages promptly, and complying with local laws and regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Segula Management Group shall not be liable for: personal injury or property damage beyond our control, service interruptions due to force majeure, third-party service provider actions, or loss of personal belongings.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design elements are the property of Segula Management Group LLC and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
